All of our service engineers are licensed by the US Federal Communications Commission. We offer Radio Safety Inspection services according to Germanischer Lloyd, DNV, Lloyd’s and Bureau Veritas standards. Further, L-3 GAI services and repairs medium and low voltage power plant switchboards and motor switchgears. In conjunction with SAM Electronics worldwide service network, GAI is able to support your vessels in most major ports in the world with a single point of contact in the United States.
L-3 GAI represents L-3 Valmarine and in conjunction with the Valmarine project team based in Norway can provide high end automation solutions. Lyngso Marine A/S, and SAM Electronics automation products are also available, to include Power Management System (PMS), Propulsion Control System (PCS), Electronic Main Engine Governor System (EGS), Cargo Control System (CCS), Emergency Shut-Down System (ESD) and Machinery Automation Control (MAC).
We work closely with L-3 JovyAtlas to offer local sales and service stations in the United States. With this strategic alliance, L-3 GAI is able to better support vessels and customers who utilize the JovyAtlas product line, including the widely used Jovystar “Ocean” 24 kVA UPS’s. Our factory trained technicians are also available to inspect and service other smaller JovyAtlas UPS’s and associated peripheral equipment such as paralleling devices, rectifiers and power supplies.
L-3 GAI represents the full line of Thrane & Thrane MF/HF, VHF, and GMDSS Systems, as well as Inmarsat/Fleet Broadband and V-Sat terminals. We are also a certified hub for Skipper Navigation products, Echosounders and Speed Log Systems.
Our technicians have years of technical experience and are equipped with the latest diagnostic test equipment. Coupled with an extensive spare parts inventory, this allows us to keep our customers fully operational throughout the life of their equipment.
